License

Grant of License

Funnnit hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the assets subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

What's allowed

Use assets in your own projects or those of your company.
Incorporate assets into projects created for your company’s client.
Use the assets in any media format.
Edit assets however you want—tweak, combine, or remix them to fit your vision.
Use assets in the products you sell. (Mega Madness license use only)

What's not allowed

Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer the assets.
You can’t bundle our images to make your own stock image site or similar competing service.
You can’t say you own an asset, even if you’ve edited it. Funnnit still owns the work.

General

This License Agreement outlines the conditions under which assets from Funnnit may be used. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment without reason explanation.

By downloading or purchasing Funnnit assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this License Agreement.

This agreement is effective until terminated. Funnnit may terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the assets.

Intellectual Property

All assets are the property of Funnnit. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Even if you are licensed to use Funnnit products, you can’t claim authorship of the purchased product. The license only grants you the right to use the asset as specified in this agreement.

You acknowledge that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the assets are owned by Funnnit.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Funnnit be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the assets.
